What I don't understand is how the fans can say that their hometown is so great and then jump on cars, start fires and tear up the town...literally!
How the championships was celebrated, totally disgusts me and honestly, I think that if the fans can't handle such a victory, then maybe other privileges should be taken away. The parade is for everyone, as is other celebratory actions, but its obvious LA can’t handle it! Now, I am not throwing every single fan into the lump sum of how some reacted last night, but when it makes headlines, it puts a bad shadow on all the rest and that is a shame! If St. Louis fans reacted that way here, which I hear slight rumbles that some similar action did occur during the World Series, then I would be very disappointed! Make the team proud to call that specific city home, as the city should be proud of the team.
I personally think there is no excuse and it's a privilege to have great sports in town. Fans shouldn’t respond to their team with putting police in the hospital and destroying what you are suppose to be so proud of! It makes me want to scream! Some just need to grow up! I didn’t hear about town torment after Pittsburgh snagged two major sport titles this year! LA, take note!
