3:20pm - The gang debated the labor issues that will soon effect the NFL.

3:40pm - Major League Eating President Richard Shea joined us to preview the annual Nathan's hot dog-eating contest set for the Fourth of July.

4:02pm - ESPN The Magazine baseball writer Jorge Arangure stopped by to discuss Latin players signing with MLB teams.

4:20pm - The boys gave their thoughts on MLB changing the roster limitations for each squad.
