These Cardinals Are Ready To Soar

  The Cardinals have taken flight thanks in large part to their pitching, especially the work done by the big 3 in the rotation over the last 2 months.  The Cards are 28-3 since July 1st in games started by Carpenter, Adam Wainwright and Joel Pineiro.

  And when starting pitching has been sub-par during this stretch, the offense has picked them up.  STATS LLC with the dramatic turn around in Cardinal comebacks.  Not surprisingly, the comebacks began after Matt Holliday's arrival.
