Beginning Monday, September 14, 2009 the Flagship Station for the St. Louis Rams will add “The Steve Spagnuolo Show” on Monday evenings from 7 until 8pm. The show will be hosted by the “Voice of the Rams” and KMOV’s Sports Director Steve Savard.
“I am looking forward to speaking to our fans through 101 ESPN each week on Monday nights,” said Head Coach Steve Spagnuolo. They are a great partner and I am going to enjoy working with Steve Savard. I’m excited about talking Rams football with him.”
Program Director Jason Barrett comments, “Coach Spagnuolo’s involvement on-air is a significant element to 101 ESPN’s overall St. Louis Rams football programming, and we’re excited to have him host his own show with Steve Savard. During Spags’ short time here in St. Louis he’s already shown himself to be very personable and willing to discuss important issues about his football team, and we’re thrilled that Rams fans will have a chance to hear from him each week and get a better understanding of what’s taking place with the Rams as they try to turn things around“.
John Kijowski, Bonneville St. Louis Radio Group Vice President and Market Manager, notes, “We’re very excited to partner with Coach Spagnuolo to bring our listeners original, exclusive programming that highlights his NFL insights, experience and knowledge, as well as his assessments and predictions throughout the Ram’s season.”
