Share the moral victories and silver linings with someone else, the Rams aren't interested.

Four hundred yards of offense, save it.

Twenty seven first downs--the most since December of '06--big deal.

Holding Adrian Peterson to 69 yards on the ground, whatever.

The only numbers the Rams were interested in were 38-10 and 0-5, the result of their loss Sunday to Minnesota.

Both Daniel Fells and Steven Jackson offered no excuses, taking the blame for their respective fumbles.

The Rams did move the ball against one of the better defenses in the league, and they did limit any damage from both Peterson and Brett Favre. But as has been the case in every game this year, they couldn't limit the damage from themselves.

Four turnovers--three of them in the red zone. A chance for twenty eight points, which instead resulted in twenty one for the Vikings.

The Rams are now -7 in turnover/takeaway differential for the season.

So despite career highs in receptions and yards for Keenan Burton and Fells, Marc Bulger returning for a 7-7 performance on an 88 yard TD drive, or even James Laurinaitis picking off his first career interception, there was only one stat that ultimately mattered.

The scoreboard.

-Gary Gibson had a rough end to his season, as he will require surgery to repair a broken left ankle/foot. While turning to pursue the play, Gibson got caught in a block that twisted him to the ground under his own weight in the first half.

-Kyle Boller left the game after getting "dinged" by a couple of clotheslines to his head and we'll find out Monday if it's an actual concussion.

-Justin King suffered a sprained knee.
