2:22pm - We took your phone calls, e-mails and texts on the Jose Canseco interview.

2:42pm - Former Cardinals outfielder Andy Van Slyke stopped by and revealed what challenges face Mark McGwire in his new role with franchise.

3:02pm - Take It or Leave It.

3:22pm - Cardinals right fielder Ryan Ludwick dropped by and explained why he was excited to be tutored by Mark McGwire.

3:42pm - The gang lamented the fact that Eagles WR Desean Jackson and LB Will Witherspoon had great performances on MNF last night when they both could be in Rams uniforms.

4:02pm - 101 ESPN Rams Insider Jim Thomas stopped by and gave us an injury update from Earth City.

4:22pm - The guys tossed around their opinions on incendiary comments made by former Cardinals slugger Jack Clark regarding the hiring of Mark McGwire as hitting coach.

4:42pm - Former NFL coach Jim Hanifan joined us live on-location and gave his thougts on hiring a friend as an assistant coach.

5:02pm - I'm Just Sayin'.

5:22pm - We replayed our interview with Jose Canseco from earlier in the day.
