2:02pm - Take Three kicked off the program with Randy blaming GM Brian Cashman if the Yankees were to lose the World Series while Rammer extolled the virtues of Phillies second baseman Chase Utley and D'Marco hit on what the Rams should do in their bye week.

2:22pm - The boys tossed around comments made by Phillies lefty Cole Hamels in which he wished for the season to be over already and whether or no he should pitch again in the W.S.

2:42pm - The gang told Rams fans to be thankful for their coaching situation considering the troubles in Cleveland and Oakland.

3:02pm - Take It or Leave It.

3:22pm - The trio had some fun in discussing what makes a good hat and how players should wear their uniforms.

3:42pm - Former MLB pitching coach Leo Mazzone joined us and didn't think it was a big deal for pitchers to throw on three days rest.

4:02pm - Randy, Rammer and D'Marco talked about TV ratings for football versus baseball.

4:22pm - Former NFL head coach Jim Hanifan dropped by the studio and revealed how he would handle a player who is mentally beat.

4:42pm - Rams TE Daniel Fells stopped by and joked about what plans he had for the bye week.

5:02pm - I'm Just Sayin'.

5:22pm - 101 ESPN Rams Insider Jim Thomas joined us live from Earth City with an update.

5:42pm - Parting Shots.
