No surprise, but it was made official after practice today--Richie Incognito will be out this Sunday against the saints. Incognito was unable to practice this week as he continues rehab on his "Liz Franc" foot sprain.

Adam Goldberg will start at right guard.

-CJ Ah You was limited in practice today and is now listed as questionable. The ankle is still not 100% and he will be a gametime decision.

-Jacob Bell is still listed as probable with a sprained thumb, but is fully expected to play.

-Steve Spagnuolo is being cautious with Ah You's ankle, yet allowing Ron Bartell to fight through his thigh issue--how does Spags make those determinations?? It's a learning process...

-On the Saints side of the ball, Marques Colston fully participated in practice today for the first time this week as he recovers from illness. Darren Sharper remained limited (knee) while Sedrick Ellis, Jabari Greer, and Lance Moore are all out.

-Rams fans will be able to turn down the volume and turn up 101 ESPN as they watch the game this Sunday, as the Rams have met the ticket requirement to be televised.
