The Blues conclude a six-game road trip over the next two days after winning three-of-the-first four tests. Tomorrow night the Note faces Columbus at Nationwide Arena in a 6:00 start. Sunday Davis Payne's team visits Minnesota in a 5:00 start from St. Paul.
Despite a 2-1 shootout win last night over the Islanders in New York, the Note still trails Calgary by six points for the eighth and final playoff spot in the West. The Blues have 16 regular season games remaining in the 2009-2010 campaign.
Following the current trek, St. Louis will play eight of its remaining 14 games at Scottrade Center where they make a long awaited return next Tuesday night to face Colorado. The Blues have not played on home ice since February 13th, when beating Washington. Blues' winger Cam Janssen will complete his five game suspension tomorrow night for a hit delivered in the win against the Capitals.
After losing five-straight the Blue Jackets have suddenly won two in a row and have beaten the Blues in three-of-the-first four head-to-head contests this year. The Blues are winless in two trips to Ohio this season.
