It's old school meets new school on the Burwell and Stelton show, weekdays from 9am to 11am.
First we have Bryan Burwell, the opinionated columnist who's spent the majority of a 30+ year career by speaking his mind, taking strong positions and tackling subjects others might be afraid to sink their teeth into. On the personal side though you might be surprised at how relaxed and easy going the "Notorious Man of the People" is. Bryan enjoys listening to old R&B and smooth jazz, he loves dining out at St. Louis' finer restaurants and he looks forward to spending quality time with his family.
Then we have Bob Stelton. A smooth, dynamic and passionate radio broadcaster who's performed on the local and national levels during his 13+ year career and who thrives on mixing it up and getting to the bottom of the story. Unlike Burwell though, Bob enjoys the night life, listening to modern rock and he's not in a rush to settle down. He's also more than happy to feast on whatever his choices are although he too can appreciate a quality restaurant especially when the food is free!
While they might be different socially, they do have many similarities in how they view the world of sports. They both love the NFL, Major League Baseball, College sports and the world of professional boxing. The NHL, not so much!
So if you enjoy spirited sports conversations, hosts with informed opinions and thought provoking commentaries and interviews that don't dance around the tough subjects then crank up your radio and get ready for 2 action packed hours with Burwell and Stelton. Heard every weekday morning from 9am to 11am on 101 ESPN.
