Orioles Team Total Over 4.5 Runs (-130) = WIN (+1.0 units)
923 New York Yankees at 924 Chicago White Sox, 7:10 p.m. ET
I’ll make this short-and-sweet since I’m still feeling the effects of staying up late to celebrate the Blues’ Stanley Cup victory over the Bruins last night. Ivan Nova has an ERA over 6.00 this season and he struggles with hitters from both sides of the plate. He owns a .413 wOBA with a .216 ISO and a 12.6 percent strike rate against left-handed hitters this season and the Yankees recently got Didi Gregorius back in their lineup.
Gregorius mashes right-handed pitching but Aaron Hicks is another lefty that should fare well tonight versus Nova. As for the right-handers, Gary Sanchez and Gleyber Torres have loads of power to take advantage of Nova, who owns a 1.7 home runs per nine innings dating back to 2017. Nova also doesn’t miss many bats and he’s not generating the same amount of ground balls as in previous years.
With guaranteed ninth inning at bats against not only Nova but a bad Chicago bullpen, I love the Yankees’ offense tonight.

MLB: 52-43-4 (+4.85 units)
NHL: 2-0 (+2.0 units)
