So, the Big 12 has issued an ultimatum to Mizzou and Nebraska…tell us you’re staying with us, or if you’re leaving.
How can they say? The Big 10 hasn’t offered Mizzou and Nebraska an invitation to join their conference. And, what is the Big 12 going to be? Is Texas going to commit to staying in the Big 12? Oklahoma? Oklahoma State?
Here’s the deal. The ONLY way Mizzou and Nebraska should commit to staying in the big 12 on Friday…is if the Big 12 commits to being there. And they can’t…because the Big 12 boss…Texas…isn’t committing to the conference themselves.
If I were Mizzou…here’s what I’d say on Friday. We’re committed. Number one…to ourselves. Number two…to the Big 12. And we’ll commit to playing the 2010 football season. You want a commitment. There it is.
