Meatball Subs Recipe
Ingredients:
1 lb of ground beef
1/3 lb of Italian sausage (hot or mild)
Italian Parsley
Basil
2 Garlic cloves
1 white onion
Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
Parmesan cheese
Fresh mozzarella cheese
French baguette (French bread if they don’t have a baguette)
Butter
Olive oil
28 oz Canned Peeled Tomatoes
1 can of tomato paste
Directions:
Put the meatballs on a skewer
Grill them
Add marinara sauce to a cast iron pan on the grill
Add the grilled meatballs to the sauce. Cook some more
Construct the sandwich
Wrap sandwich in foil back on the grill
Unwrap. Eat. Enjoy!
